Meet Bob

This is Bob.  Bob runs a courier service between Earth and the planet Zarg, he has lots of data which he keeps safe with Forward ITC.

Sometime ago, before Bob had offsite data backup, he'd had a party one night in his office, there was an incident with a souflee, and Bob's computer ended up on the floor in many bits and he lost all his customer details and orders.

Bob was understandably gutted, his Company was very lucky to survive.
